An exciting Director Process Development for a reputable semiconductor manufacturer has just become available. This is a role for someone who is a seasoned leader who has strong technical and strategic leadership background from the semiconductor industry.

About the Director Process Development role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving pre-sales and post-sales activities and overseeing program execution and providing deep technical expertise in process applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless solution delivery and long-term client success
• Lead technical engagements, work closely with sales team to come up with solutions and understand customer needs
• Provide technical expertise during customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations of process applications
• Lead project teams to develop and refine solution proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with customers, supplier R&D and product teams define competitive positioning and value propositions for process applications
• Drive innovation by building R&D capabilities to enhance product features, capabilities, and performance

To succeed in the Director Process Development role, you will need strong technical experience in the front-end semiconductor field.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in the Semiconductor equipment or relevant sector
• MBA/Master/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Proven track record managing multi-region technical team and process development team
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term growth and short-term execution
• Experience in scaling sales organization and driving cross-regional alignment
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
• Willingness to travel globally
