Roles & Responsibilities
Print, pick and pack orders from e-Commerce according to the packing list, following the First In, First Out (FIFO) method
Inspect products for defects, damage or quality issues before packing
Check labels, tracking numbers and quantities for accuracy
Pack, label and move parcels to the designated dispatch areas
Process customers return by inspecting, restocking or flagging defective items
Assist with data entry for stock transfers, returns and outgoing stock
Check and replenish office and warehouse inventory
Verify items and quantities for incoming stock
Sort and clear trade return stock
Coordinate with courier services for parcel collection and drop off parcels when required
Ensure all documentations for inventory movements is complete and accurate
Keep the workplace clean and follow safety standard
Maintain and update product listings on e-Commerce platforms when required
Take on other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager to support daily operations
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
Prior experience in warehouse, e-Commerce fulfilment or logistics will be an advantage
Meticulous, with a focus on accuracy in counting, labelling and packing etc.
Able to stand for long periods and handle heavy loads and carton boxes
Able to read, write and understand English
Basic computer skills if required
Familiarity with e-Commerce seller centers is a plus
Responsible, good team player, punctual, able to work independently as well as in a team
