Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations to ensure food safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with Chick-fil-A standards and Singapore regulations. Develop and coach the Back of House team while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Back of House team members to enhance skills and performance
Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and cleanliness to meet Chick-fil-A and regulatory standards
Manage daily kitchen operations including inventory control and product preparation to optimize efficiency
Support staffing, training, and team development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
Monitor and control food costs, minimize waste, and improve kitchen productivity through data-driven actions
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards to maintain a safe environment
Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams to enhance overall restaurant performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and exceed restaurant performance goals
Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and all applicable Singapore laws and regulations
Table of Grace Pte Ltd is the authorised franchisee of Chick-fil-A in Singapore and will operate the brand’s third restaurant in the country.
