We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to manage our social media, digital marketing, content creation, and lead-generation activities. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, enjoys creating engaging content, and can independently manage day-to-day marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Social Media & Website: Plan content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, maintain social media platforms, design marketing collaterals, and update website portfolios.
• Photography & Videography: Conduct on-site shoots of completed projects, edit photos, and produce engaging walkthroughts and promotional videos for social media and advertisements.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, monitor performance and budgets, and research trends to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Lead Management & Coordination: Respond to online inquiries, follow up with potential clients, coordinate appointments with interior designers, and manage occasional influencer collaborations.
• Support the company's business development efforts to market LS2 Design's brand and services.
• Assist in creating marketing materials including brochure and infographics.

• Work closely with business development team in managing email marketing campaigns.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 year experience social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Proficient in graphic design, photo editing, and video production.
• Creative, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Confortable with on-site photography and videography at renovation projects.
• Software skills - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Wix website management
