We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on high-volume hiring across operational, frontline, and blue-collar workforce segments. Working closely with business leaders and hiring managers, you will deliver effective talent acquisition strategies, build sustainable talent pipelines, and ensure timely fulfilment of workforce requirements to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Heads of Department, Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, hiring forecasts, and talent requirements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensure hiring targets are achieved within established timelines and service level agreements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for frontline, operational, and blue-collar roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, community outreach, and industry partnerships.
• Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on vacancies, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring productivity, and recruitment costs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Organise and participate in career fairs, walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, educational institution engagements, and industry events.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions, workforce agencies, government bodies, and community organisations to support talent attraction initiatives.
• Manage government hiring programmes, grants, incentives, and workforce development initiatives where applicable.
• Identify and implement recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, fair hiring practices, data privacy requirements, and company policies.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires.
• Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with significant exposure to volume hiring in blue-collar, operational, logistics, facilities management, manufacturing, or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and business leaders to develop workforce and recruitment solutions.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation, including the Employment Act and fair hiring practices.
• Experience working with government agencies, workforce development programs, grants, and employment initiatives will be an advantage.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) incl. SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
