Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, candidate screening, referrals, cold calling, and other recruitment channels. Identify and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple functions, seniority levels, and complex hiring requirements.
Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management:
Develop a strong understanding of business priorities and hiring needs. Build effective working relationships with Talent Acquisition partners, hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and external recruitment agencies to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
Sourcing Strategy and Market Intelligence:
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent. Support market research, talent mapping, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives to inform recruitment planning and sourcing decisions.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve existing recruitment processes, initiate sourcing projects, and implement best practices to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey while promoting the company as an attractive employer.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Hands-on experience with candidate research and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn RPS, Boolean search, and other alternative sourcing techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels, both internally and externally.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach to recruitment, with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of talent sourcing experience in the technology industry, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Experience gained in either an in-house Talent Acquisition team or a recruitment agency/search firm.
Experience supporting technical hiring, talent mapping, or market research initiatives.
