The Role

The NTUC Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the NTUC in Singapore. It focuses on uplifting lives and strengthening social mobility, particularly in lower-income and vulnerable groups. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Programme development and management
• Internal and external stakeholder and partner management
• Event planning, management and support, including event briefs, media and publicity materials, logistics and administrative needs

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in social impact programmes
• Strong project development and management skills, able to multi-task and have attention to detail
• Proactive, able to adapt to changing needs and strong in problem solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
