Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate secretarial documentation for Singapore and regional entities, including signing, notarisation, legalisation and maintenance of corporate records.
• Administer contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, including DocuSign, contract tracking, renewals and execution processes.
• Support legal counsels in contract administration and maintenance of standard agreements and templates.
• Manage departmental administration, including legal documentation, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, budgeting and filing systems.
• Assist in developing and administering digital training materials and learning modules.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and regional subsidiaries to ensure smooth legal and compliance operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Legal Studies or a related discipline.
• Experience in legal administration, corporate secretarial support or contract management.
• Hands-on experience with CLM systems, contract databases and DocuSign.
• Knowledge of statutory filings, board resolutions, corporate records and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in departmental administration, budget tracking and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with digital learning platforms is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, time management and document control skills, with excellent attention to detail.
