Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Safety Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Mega City Builder Sabah - Maukerja

Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a contract position, this is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused professional to make a significant impact on the health and wellbeing of our construction site personnel.

What you'll be doing

1. Implementing and monitoring site safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations

2. Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards

3. Providing safety training and support to construction workers to promote a culture of safety on site

4. Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and recommending corrective actions

5. Liaising with project managers, site engineers and other stakeholders to coordinate safety-related activities

6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site safety

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence site personnel
• Proficient in using safety-related software and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Relevant safety certifications or qualifications, such as IOSH or NEBOSH, would be an advantage
