Supervise all on-site structural reinforced concrete (RC) works for the tunnel (base, walls, and roof slabs) based on approved drawings and specifications.

Manage site operations and coordinate critical path activities

Oversee temporary works, formwork installation, rebar placement, and concrete pouring, curing, and joint treatments.

Create RFIs (Request for Inspection) and Implement QA/QC inspections for rebar & form works , including pre-pour checks, slump tests, and sampling.

Review shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and Method Statements to resolve site-fit issues proactively.

Monitor and manage structural alignment, dimensional control, and waterproofing details to ensure zero-defect underground construction.

Maintain smooth communication with QPS and LTA

Coordinate daily activities and resource allocation (labor, equipment, and materials) for RC subcontractors to prevent interference.

Enforce strict underground safety protocols, including confined space procedures, permit-to-work systems, and heavy lifting operations.

JobRequirements:

·      Degree in Civil & StructureEngineering

·      5 years of Working Experience

·      RegisteredResident Engineer (RE) or Professional Engineer (PE) status is highlypreferred.

·      Office software

·      Experience in Infra-structure projectmore than 200million preferably in LTA Projects.

·      Possession of relevant certificationsor designations—such as a PE Assignee or Lifting Engineer certificate—is highlypreferred

·      Proven experience managing Civil Worksfor Tunnel or mixed development projects

·      Strong understanding of civilconstruction, materials, M&E, and site coordination

·      Experience coordinating with QPS,subcontractors, and multiple trades on site

·      Good understanding of Singaporeconstruction standards, practices, and authority requirements
