About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Affairs Officer to support daily administrative, facility, and employee services operations. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth management of workplace facilities, vendor coordination, company assets, office administration, and employee welfare activities while maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day general affairs and administrative activities.
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and related services.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain office assets, equipment, and inventory records.
- Handle employee ID card administration and access control management.
- Support expatriate administration, travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation matters.
- Coordinate company events, VIP visits, employee welfare programs, and corporate activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, invoices, and administrative documentation.
- Manage office supplies procurement and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Monitor and improve workplace facilities to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
- Support cost control initiatives and departmental budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and departmental initiatives.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Office Management, or Facilities Management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in handling vendors, contractors, and facility-related matters is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
