About the Role
RDIVC PTE LTD is looking for a
Creative Producer
who can transform ideas into engaging and impactful content.
You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery, working closely with marketers, presenters, videographers, video editors, designers and external partners.
From social media campaigns and Reels to interviews, podcasts, events and educational content, you’ll play an important role in shaping how the company communicates with audiences across different platforms and markets.
What You’ll Do
Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards and content ideas.
Manage productions from pre-production and filming through to post-production and final delivery.
Produce Reels, interviews, podcasts, social media content, corporate videos and campaign content.
Prepare creative briefs, production schedules, shot lists and shoot requirements.
Coordinate presenters, talent, videographers, editors and external vendors.
Provide creative and production direction during shoots.
Work closely with editors to ensure the final content aligns with the intended creative direction.
Manage multiple projects, production schedules and deadlines simultaneously.
Stay updated with social media, video-production and creative trends.
Ensure all content meets company’s brand, creative and quality standards.
Operate cameras confidently and possess a good understanding of camera settings, composition, framing and basic lighting techniques.
Possess practical knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and video-production workflows, with the ability to perform basic editing when required.
Support videography and content-production requirements during shoots.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in content production, creative production, media or video production.
Strong understanding of end-to-end video production workflows.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
Good communication, coordination and project-management skills.
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Comfortable working with cameras and video-production equipment.
Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
