Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining good service standards

• Attend to guest requests and feedback professionally

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant

• Assist with cashiering, opening and closing duties

• Perform other service-related duties when assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Best with working experience in a restaurant, hospitality management and/or other related fields

• Friendly, service oriented and comfortable when interacting with customers

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team
