Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Post‑Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Admin, or at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly disciplined, well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work with sensitivity, persuasion, and professionalism.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, Income Tax Act, KWSP Act, SOCSO Act, QMS, and Safety & Health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions within the organization.
• Manage all HR areas, including compensation & benefits, manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of all office administrative matters.
• Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and projects.
• Maintain and update supplier and service provider listings while monitoring quality of products and services.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities on applications and renewals of required licenses.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, assets, and office supplies.
• Assist Group MIS with overseas IT‑related support when necessary.
• Handle employee disciplinary matters and manage employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and monitor annual KPI targets and achievements.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and internal policies.
