Job Description
1. Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring of local and foreign workers, including work pass applications and renewals.
2. Oversee payroll, employee benefits, leave administration, and attendance records.
3. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and work pass requirements in Singapore.
4. Manage employee contracts, staff records, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
5. Coordinate workforce planning, worker accommodation, and HR administrative matters to support construction project operations.
