We are a fast-growing automotive platform helping used car dealers manage financing, insurance, road tax renewals, vehicle reports, and other dealer services through a single digital ecosystem.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to promote our vehicle ownership transfer and road tax renewal services to new and returning used car dealers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have recently completed their studies and are keen to build experience in sales and customer engagement in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce our services to prospective used car dealers and reconnect with returning dealers.

• Understand dealers’ needs and explain how our vehicle ownership transfer and road tax renewal services can support their business.

• Follow up on enquiries and interested dealers to encourage service uptake and repeat business.

• Provide accurate information on service requirements, pricing and processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support dealer onboarding and resolve service enquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, dealer details, follow-ups and outcomes.

• Work towards agreed call activity, dealer acquisition and service usage targets.
