About the Role

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a sharp, organized Admin cum Document Controller Assistant to keep our operations and project paperwork seamless. If you thrive on keeping files structured, tracking project submittals, and supporting daily office operations, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Focus Areas:

• Managing and archiving project documentation & logs
• Tracking document versions and distribution
• General office administration & coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, Administrative Assistant, or similar operational role (experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is a plus).
• Proficiency with document management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English / Bahasa Malaysia.
