Occupier Strategy & Solutions

Corporate Real Estate Advisory | Strategy | Workplace | Transactions

Knight Frank is one of the world's leading independent property consultancies, advising occupiers, investors, and developers across more than 50 markets globally. The Occupier Strategy and Solutions (OSS) team at Knight Frank Singapore advises corporate occupiers on office and industrial real estate decisions, including leasing, renewals, relocations, and portfolio and workplace strategy. We help clients optimise their real estate footprint, align their workplace with business objectives, and navigate Singapore's unique office and industrial property market with confidence.

Why Join KF OSS?

Work on projects that matter.

At Knight Frank, we help some of the world's leading companies make these decisions. You will get to advise some of Singapore's largest occupiers on workplace strategy, headquarters relocations, lease negotiations and business-critical real estate decisions.

Learn from industry experts.

Work alongside experienced advisors, negotiators and market leaders who will mentor and accelerate your professional development.

Build consulting skills.

Develop expertise in financial modelling, negotiation, market intelligence, presentation, stakeholder management and corporate strategy.

Accelerate your career.

Whether your ambition is consulting, commercial real estate, investment or business development, you'll gain exposure that few graduate roles can offer.

No two days are the same.

One day you could be analysing market trends for a market report, the next presenting recommendations to clients, touring buildings or negotiating commercial terms.
