Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant working experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).

• Basic design skills using Canva. Experience with HubSpot CRM is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Manage the company's social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, providing campaign performance analysis and actionable insights.

• Develop, manage, and optimize CRM journeys and lead nurturing strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and recommend strategies to enhance marketing performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
