About Serumah

Serumah is a new Malaysian dining concept in Bandar Puteri Puchong. We're building our opening kitchen team and looking for people who enjoy working with food, are willing to learn and want to develop their culinary career in a structured kitchen environment.

Your Role

You'll work alongside our Kitchen Lead and senior kitchen team to prepare and serve consistent, quality food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place.

• Cook assigned menu items according to recipes and SOPs.

• Maintain correct portioning and presentation.

• Keep your station clean, organized and service-ready.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, FIFO and storage procedures.

• Assist with receiving, preparation, stock handling and closing duties.

• Minimize food waste and handle ingredients responsibly.

• Support teammates during service.

• Participate in training and learn additional kitchen stations over time.
