Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team to oversee the successful implementation of projects, ensuring all objectives are met efficiently. Utilize your expertise in project coordination to enhance business processes and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project progress and address issues to facilitate timely delivery.
• Provide comprehensive support to users throughout system implementation projects.
• Assist in business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and provide PMO support in collaboration with stakeholders in Japanese.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP project coordination, PMO, system implementation, or testing.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively engage with business users, functional teams, and vendors.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA project implementations.
• Proficient in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking client and internal stakeholders.
