Able to drive and operate a food truck.

Able to perform basic cooking.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work according to schedule.

Drive and operate the food truck to assigned locations.

Assist in preparing food and beverages (basic cooking only).

Prepare and manage the food truck before and after operations.

Serve customers and take orders.

Handle payments / cashier duties when required.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the food truck.

Assist with loading and unloading of goods.

Ensure sufficient stock and equipment are available before operations.
