Kerja Sepenuh Masa Safety Health Officer (SHO), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,500 di Data Center Construction Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the site Safety & Health Plan, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH/JKKP requirements, Occupational Safety and Health regulations, and relevant Malaysian legislation.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor construction activities including civil, structural, M&E, electrical, mechanical, lifting, working at height, excavation, and other high-risk activities.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings, Safety Briefings, and Safety Induction for workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Review and monitor Risk Assessments, HIRARC, Method Statements, Permit-to-Work (PTW) and other safety-related documentation.
• Monitor compliance with safety requirements by workers, subcontractors, and project personnel.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, and prepare the necessary reports and corrective action plans.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure safe working practices are followed at site.
• Coordinate with project management, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety and health matters.
• Conduct emergency preparedness activities, drills, and ensure appropriate emergency response procedures are in place.
• Maintain accurate safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, statistics, and other required documentation.
• Provide advice and recommendations to the project team on safety and health matters.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement throughout the construction project.
• Perform any other safety and health duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Job Requirements:

• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH/JKKP (Green Book).
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction safety.
• Experience in data centre construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health legislation and DOSH/JKKP requirements.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety practices, HIRARC, PTW, lifting operations, working at height, and other high-risk activities.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, safety audits, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage safety matters in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willing to be based at the project site and work according to project requirements.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
