Role Description This is a full-time Corporate Trainer role based in Semenyih with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Corporate Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and courses aligned with client needs and GETAcademy’s standards. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, assessing learning outcomes, and providing constructive feedback to participants. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to identify skill gaps, customizing content to different audiences, and continuously improving training methodologies. The Corporate Trainer is expected to maintain accurate training records, support post-training follow-up, and contribute to new learning initiatives and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training using various adult learning techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse learner groups.
• Competence in using digital tools and learning platforms for course delivery and participant engagement.
• Demonstrated skills in needs assessment, performance analysis, and training evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a corporate trainer, learning and development specialist, or similar role in a professional setting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple training projects
• Certification in training, coaching, or related professional development areas is an advantage.
• Familiarity with consultancy or incubation environments and an interest in holistic problem-solving is beneficial.
• HRDC accredited or pursuing.
• Have expertise and accredited in one or more domain, Excel,Power BI, Comptia, Microsoft, CISCO.
• Have entrepreneurial mindset, able to pitch to corporate clients, prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs.
