Inspect Materials and Parts: Check incoming materials and components for defects like damage, incorrect sizes, or contamination using tools like calipers and micrometers. Make sure they meet quality standards by performing visual checks and sampling inspections (AQL).

Communicate Quality Issues: Report quality issues to customer with clear documentation of defects and required corrective actions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and quality assurance, to resolve issues. Participate in customer meetings to discuss quality performance and improvement plans.

Improve Inspection Processes: Continuously review and suggest improvements to inspection methods, tools, and quality control processes. Assist in updating quality inspection procedures and work instructions. Support the implementation of new inspection technologies or techniques.

Ensure Compliance: Verify that all materials comply with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Support internal and external audits by providing inspection records and documentation. Ensure adherence to safety and quality management system requirements, such as IATF:16949 standards.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
