Job Summary
The Growth & Commercial Lead will drive growth across leasing and mobility services by leading Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to expand fleets, driver supply, job demand, partnerships, and customer retention.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute Company’s overall growth and commercial strategy to expand leasing and mobility services
Identify and develop new growth engines to increase leasing fleet, driver supply, job demand, and partnerships
Lead customer acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention, renewal, and referral processes to maximize lifetime value
Build and manage a balanced pipeline of hirers, drivers, job demand, and strategic partners to sustain growth
Develop new partnerships, sales channels, and commercial opportunities to diversify revenue streams
Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams around shared revenue and customer objectives to drive collaboration
Establish clear targets, performance dashboards, and commercial forecasts to measure and guide business outcomes
Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure growth initiatives are deliverable, profitable, and sustainable
Build and lead a hybrid team integrating employees and AI agents to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and commercial results
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in leasing, transport, or travel industries preferred
At least five years of relevant commercial experience preferred
Expertise in business development, sales, and/or marketing preferred
Experience managing Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions preferred
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, customers, partnerships, and channels preferred
Strong commercial judgment and understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value preferred
AI-native with ability to apply AI agents in marketing, sales, and customer success workflows preferred
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in fast-growing environments preferred
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills preferred
