• Oversee key branch-wide programs, including global system/process rollouts, major MAS regulatory updates, and multi-functional new product launches.

• Handle a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple business verticals.

• Partner with business, ops, IT, and Group units (Risk, Finance, Tech, Data) to execute training, migration, and implementation plans.

• Review and validate requirements alongside project teams and business stakeholders to guarantee solution alignment.

• Define project timelines, build comprehensive phase-by-phase project plans, and establish resource estimates.

• Lead cross-functional teams through requirements gathering and process design to deliver clear functional documentation.

• Track project progress closely to ensure all key milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate resource allocation across multiple streams to fulfill project demands.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong experience in project planning, resource coordination, and timeline management.

• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities

• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical documentation and process workflows.
