Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates and candidates with no sales experience are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in automotive, car sales, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage.

Confident, friendly, proactive, and willing to approach and communicate with customers.

Promote and sell used cars/vehicles

Attend to walk-in customers and respond to online customer inquiries

Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs and preferences

Guide customers throughout the sales process, from vehicle sales/appraisal and test drives to loan application processing

Prepare all necessary records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions

Provide after-sales service and support

Achieve KPIs set by the Sales Department

Create and publish social media content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Facebook Marketplace
