Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Excel trackers for work tasks and deadlines.

• Send reminders to the Head of Legal and Legal Division officers where required.

• Maintain the Legal Division’s calendar.

• Send emails and Form SG requests for work assignment.

• File and maintain records and archives of completed work.

• Support the maintenance of the division’s knowledge management database.

• Assist with office administration and vendor coordination.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails in line with public-sector policies.

• Support audit requirements and assist with ad hoc administrative projects.

Requirements

• Diploma preferred; candidates with lower qualifications may also be considered.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Able to manage a high volume of emails and administrative tasks.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable handling confidential information.

• Able to work independently and follow up with internal stakeholders.

• Willing to work fully onsite during the stated working hours.

Contract Details

• Contract duration: 12 months

• Salary: Up to $3,000/month

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm), Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
