Perunding D Lite Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Drilling HSE Advisor.

We are seeking a seasoned HSE professional with strong exposure to drilling operations and a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements within a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience working within a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment
• Min 5 years of experience supporting drilling, workover and/or P&A operations
• Relevant experience in exploration, appraisal and development drilling projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, drilling hazards, risk management and operational safety
• Able to work effectively with drilling teams, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Offshore/drilling operational experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE advisory and support throughout drilling, workover and P&A activities
• Support implementation and monitoring of project HSE requirements and procedures
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, safety reviews and other HSE activities
• Monitor contractor and operational compliance with applicable HSE requirements
• Provide guidance on drilling-related hazards, controls and safe working practices
• Support incident prevention, reporting, investigation and follow-up actions
• Liaise with project, drilling and contractor teams on HSE matters
