Job Summary

As the first point of contact in a solo GP practice, you will support daily clinic operations by managing counter services, clinical dispensing, and public healthcare scheme administration while working closely with the Family Physician to deliver compassionate primary care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients promptly to ensure smooth clinic reception operations
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling to optimize clinic workflow
• Dispense medications accurately according to clinical instructions to support patient treatment
• Administer public healthcare schemes including CHAS, MediSave, and Healthier SG to facilitate patient access to subsidies
• Maintain organized digital records and update patient information to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate with the Family Physician to support clinical and administrative tasks for seamless patient care
