Accounts & Admin Executive
Work Location:
Loyang Crescent (Near Loyang / Pasir Ris)
Working Hours:
9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary:
$2,600 - $3,600/ month (subject to experience)
Job Scope:
Handle general administrative and accounting support, including AP/AR.
Process invoices, payments, receipts and accounting documents.
Maintain accounting and inventory records in the ERP system.
Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory counts.
Process purchase orders, sales orders and delivery documents.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouse and logistics teams.
Assist with monthly reports and other finance/admin matters.
