Required

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or a related field.

• Approximately five or more years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training, talent development or organizational capability building.

• Experience conducting learning needs analysis and developing practical learning solutions.

• Strong training coordination, project management and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles.

• Experience supporting onboarding, curriculum management or capability-building initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate across cultures and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning Strategy & Consulting

• Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify capability gaps and clarify performance requirements.

• Develop learning strategies, training roadmaps and delivery plans aligned with business priorities.

• Recommend appropriate learning solutions, delivery methods and development approaches.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Training Coordination & Program Management

• Coordinate end-to-end learning initiatives, including schedules, attendance, completion tracking and reporting.

• Support the onboarding programs and learning pathways for new associates.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, facilitators, leaders and external partners to support timely, high-quality delivery.

• Monitor learner participation, completion and feedback, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
