Accounts Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry, will have an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience using accounting software will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.

• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in EnglishandBahasa Malaysiais required.Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily accounting and finance operations of the company.

• Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper accounting records.

• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.

• Assist in processing vehicle sales transactions and related accounting entries.

• Verify vehicle booking payments, loan disbursements, and other financial transactions.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing activities.

• Maintain systematic filing and documentation of accounting records.

• Liaise with banks, suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and documentation matters.

• Assist in inventory control, vehicle costing, and stock reconciliation when required.

• Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance documentation.

• Carry out other accounting and administrative duties assigned by Management.
