Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery

• Support end-to-end face-to-face campaign setup, from brief to on-ground activation, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Create clear campaign materials and present concepts to internal teams so execution stays aligned with client goals.
• Track daily campaign performance and report simple, actionable updates to help optimise activities quickly.

Client & Business Development

• Join client conversations and pitch follow-ups to build trust and capture new opportunities.
• Help prepare client proposals and presentation decks that explain campaign ideas and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client and lead records so the team can nurture prospects and measure pipeline growth.

Testing & Growth Operations

• Run small experiments across channels and collect results to find repeatable ways to generate leads.
• Use basic analytics to spot trends and recommend simple changes that improve conversion.
• Coordinate with teammates across marketing and field teams to scale successful pilots into ongoing plays.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Some exposure to campaign work, sales conversations, or client-facing tasks is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a fast, face-to-face marketing environment and willing to learn on the job.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic presentation and proposal writing skills to communicate ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with simple analytics or reporting tools, such as spreadsheets and basic dashboards.
• Comfort using common office tools and communication platforms to coordinate field activities and track leads.
