Kerja Sepenuh Masa Helpdesk, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di TRIplc BERHAD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, requests and complaints via telephone.
• Receive, log, validate and monitor work requests and complaints through the Computerised Asset Management System (CAMS).
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely assignment and resolution of work orders.
• Record, scan, upload and maintain accurate work order documentation and records in CAMS.
• Follow up on outstanding work orders and ensure services are completed satisfactorily.
• Assist the HSS team with data entry for Clean Linen Requisition (CLR) and Clean Linen Issuance (CLI) records.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or Head of Department.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications and data entry.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve knowledge.
• Willing to work at Puncak Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
