Service Process & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Service Process & Operations Coordinator to act as the critical backbone bridging the corporate office, the stockroom/logistics partners, and the front-line store employees.

This role focuses on managing the back-end workflows and systems that allow sales teams to serve customers smoothly.

Your main tasks would include:

1. Multichannel Order Processing & Fulfillment

Our Current Process: Ensuring that orders flowing in from brick-and-mortar storefronts, e-commerce sites (like Shopify), and online marketplaces (like Shopee or Lazada) are synched correctly.

The Coordinator's Role: Troubleshooting system glitches when online stock counts mismatch physical store shelves, managing customer pre-orders, and overseeing the click-and-collect (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) workflow.

2. Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination

Our Current Process: The flow of goods from warehouses or overseas suppliers to individual store branches.

The Coordinator's Role: Verifying delivery orders, tracking delayed shipments, handling stock transfers between different store outlets, and coordinating the return/exchange processes for defective inventory.

3. Promotion & Campaign Launch Execution

Our Current Process: Transitioning stores, events, campaigns and etc for new seasonal product launches, visual merchandising resets, or discount campaigns.

The Coordinator's Role: Disseminating corporate campaign guides to Store Managers, ensuring point-of-sale marketing banners arrive on time, and updating promotional pricing rules inside the checkout backend.

4. Vendor & Store Maintenance Coordination

Our Current Process: Keeping physical stakeholders safe, presentable, and operational.

The Coordinator's Role: Managing repair tickets for broken air conditioning, lighting failures, or malfunctioning security gates by scheduling contracted technicians to minimize disruption to shoppers.

Working Hours: 5 working days a week, including weekends / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary range: $1,900 - $2,100
