ob Description: Production Line Leader
The Production Line Leader oversees daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, achieve production targets, and minimize downtime. The role involves leading operators, monitoring production performance, coordinating machine changeovers, and ensuring compliance with work instructions, quality standards, safety requirements, and 5S practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead and allocate operators according to production requirements and competency.
• Monitor production flow and ensure daily and hourly targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.

2. Production Performance & Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and machine-related issues.
• Coordinate machine changeovers and minimize production downtime.
• Monitor output and take corrective action when necessary.

3. Safety, 5S & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and 5S standards in the production area.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas.

4. Material & Equipment Management

• Monitor packing material usage and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Perform basic equipment checks and coordinate repairs with the Maintenance Team.
• Support efforts to reduce equipment downtime and material wastage.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of production output, WIP, downtime, and compliance checks.
• Prepare daily production reports and highlight operational issues to the superior.

6. Other Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma and above.
• Hands-on experience in production operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Able to lead and coordinate a team of operators.
• Proactive, quick to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a non-air-conditioned environment and on shifts.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
