We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cook who can independently prepare and cook our standard menu according to company recipes and SOP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare ingredients and mise en place

* Cook menu items according to recipes

* Maintain consistent taste and portion

* Ensure food quality during service

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

* Work together with kitchen helpers

* Control food wastage

* Follow company kitchen SOP

REQUIREMENTS

F&B/kitchen experience preferred

Able to work independently

Able to work during busy periods

Responsible and punctual

Willing to follow recipes and SOP

Team player

Experience is important, but attitude, reliability and consistency are equally important.

Career path:

Cook → Senior Cook → Chef / Kitchen Supervisor

A practical paid trial will be conducted before confirmation.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
