about the job

  • Manage and support IT end users issues within Malaysia office
  • Maintain existing infrastructure software and hardware assets
  • Collaborate with IT teams from different regions on any implementations according to business needs
  • Manage a team of IT support personnel

skills and experience required

  • At least 8- 10 years of experience in IT end user support environment and IT infrastructure and workplace technology
  • Leadership experience of at least 2-3 years of managing a service desk or IT support team
  • Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to display confidence in executing technical hands-on work
  • Strong communication skills in English
