• Cost Management & Control: Developing and implementing cost control policies, monitoring project budgets, performing variance analysis, and managing change orders.
• Cost Estimation & Forecasting: Reviewing and approving cost estimates, conducting forecasting to track financial performance, and evaluating project risks.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and mentoring a team of cost engineers and analysts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop budgets, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability.
• Reporting & Compliance: Preparing financial reports, maintaining cost databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Vendor/Supplier Management: Collaborating with procurement teams to evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate favorable terms. ************* +1

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in cost software and MS Office/Project.
• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in cost engineering or project controls, with supervisory experience preferred.
