Japanese-Speaking Tour Operations Senior Supervisor / Assistant Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Japanese-speaking travel professional to join a leading international travel organization in Malaysia. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing tour operations for Japanese group tours and FIT (Free Independent Travelers), working closely with local suppliers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in tourism, hospitality, airlines, or destination management who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above
Native-level Japanese or equivalent proficiency
English proficiency at business conversational level or above (B2+)
Experience in one of the following industries:

Strong hospitality mindset and customer service orientation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to support emergency situations outside regular working hours
Valid driver's license is an advantage
