Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum (1 to 2 years) experience working with children with special educational needs, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, or other learning and developmental differences will be an advantage.

Ability to identify children's individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods to suit their abilities and developmental progress.

Patient, empathetic, observant, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and the management team.

Able to manage children's behavior positively and support their emotional regulation, social interaction, and independence.

Responsible, proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining children's safety, well-being, and confidentiality.
