We are seeking a highly motivated and immediately available Event Manager to manage our regional gala dinners and events. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires strong technical aptitude and practical event management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage events end-to-end, from concept through to post-event reporting.
• Oversee technical production including sound, lighting, visuals, console management, and multimedia.
• Handle on-site execution, set-up, tear-down, troubleshooting, and event flow.
• Coordinate with technical vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Proactively solve problems and prepare post-event reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Management or Event Production.
• Solid technical knowledge in sound, lighting, visuals/LED, console management, carpentry, and fabrication.
• Experience in production management or show direction is a strong plus.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and event-related technical software.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
