• Follow all SOPs, policies, and instructions from senior team members.

Closing Duties

• Assist in clearing and cleaning the dining area at the end of the shift.

• Help reset the restaurant for the next day, including arranging tables, refilling stations, and sanitizing areas.\

Ad hoc Task

• Support the team with any ad hoc tasks and special assignments as needed to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform service-related duties.

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately.

• Ensure tables, dining areas and service stations are clean and well-maintained.

• Assist with table setting, clearing and resetting.

• Respond to customer enquiries and requests politely and professionally.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

• Follow company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
