Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development｜Provided Training role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating and attending client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The position also includes participating in structured training programs provided by the company to develop sales, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities. The successful candidate will track performance metrics, update CRM records, and support campaign execution to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales aptitude, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
• Comfort working on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in and apply structured training programs focused on business development and professional growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
