We are seeking a Lead Consultant – AI & UX to lead strategic UX design and AI-driven product innovation across enterprise client engagements. The role combines advanced UX leadership, AI/ML integration, data-driven decision-making, and Google Cloud AI expertise to deliver scalable, responsible, and business-focused digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven UX strategy, design vision, and innovation across complex enterprise projects.
• Drive end-to-end UX design, including user research, journey mapping, service blueprints, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, transparent, and explainable AI-powered experiences across web, mobile, conversational interfaces, and enterprise dashboards.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, cloud architects, product managers, and business leaders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Define data strategies, KPIs, experimentation frameworks, and success metrics to measure user experience and business impact.
• Translate complex data, analytics, and AI model outputs into actionable insights and user-centric solutions.
• Lead AI solution design using Google Cloud AI services, including Vertex AI, AutoML, Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and conversational AI.
• Integrate AI solutions with Google Cloud data services, including BigQuery and data pipelines.
• Guide responsible AI practices, including fairness, explainability, privacy, transparency, accessibility, and data governance.
• Provide strategic consulting, facilitate design-thinking workshops, influence product roadmaps, and support client proposals and solution architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience focused on AI/ML-powered products and at least 3 years of professional UX consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale design projects from discovery to launch, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, design systems, data visualization, and multi-platform UX.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, applied analytics, statistics, model limitations, and responsible AI principles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI services, particularly Vertex AI, AutoML, Generative AI, and managed ML platforms.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with BigQuery, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Google AI APIs for vision, natural language, speech, recommendation, or search.
• Experience defining data-driven KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, including engagement with C-level executives.
• Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, data governance, and privacy requirements such as PDPA and GDPR-aligned practices.
