DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Quarterly Submission of GST on time
Process day to day operations in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Process timely payments to creditors.
Ensure all invoices are accurately input into system and are supported by the relevant approved documents
Maintain a healthy vendors’ aging, prepare vendors reconciliation on monthly basis
Attend to both internal and external queries on payment status
Generate requested report
Assist in other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Relevant qualifications with 2 years’ experience
Preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry or any of the Oil and Gas, EPC, and Marine industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Good team player, with an enthusiastic& proactive attitude
