The Role

You will act as the core pre-sales technical authority, architecting complex, integrated wireless solutions for medium-to-large scale enterprise and operator projects. This is a high-impact, managerial-track position where you will shape solution strategy, win key deals, and build the technical foundation for our global growth.

What you'll do:

• Own Complex Solution Design: Act as the lead pre-sales partner in the LTC process, analyzing customer business and technical requirements to design integrated wireless solutions.
• Drive Technical Wins: Provide end-to-end technical support across the project lifecycle, including solution design, proposal development, tender responses, customer presentations, POCs, and technical negotiations.
• Build Solution Governance: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify competitive advantages and improve win rates. Develop and maintain cross-BU solution templates, benchmark case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Lead Customer Engagements: Conduct technical workshops and build strong technical relationships with enterprise and operator customers across regions. Provide technical guidance to regional solution specialists.
• Influence Product Roadmaps: Gather customer feedback and product enhancement requirements, and work with BU product teams to support product improvements and overseas commercialization.

What we need:

• 7+ years of experience in wireless communication pre-sales/solution engineering, with 3+ years of proven experience delivering cross-product/cross-BU integrated solutions for large overseas projects.
• Deep technical expertise in 4G/5G, indoor & outdoor wireless coverage, private networks, and wireless infrastructure.
• Track record of successful tendering, POC deployment, and complex customer technical negotiation for international operator and enterprise projects.
• Solid experience in cross-BU resource coordination, standardized solution system building, and competitor analysis.
• Strong business English presentation and high-level customer communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or other Science/Engineering disciplines preferred).
