Who You Are:

The Supply Chain Planning Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing supply chain plans to ensure efficient inventory management, work on demand supply based on customer forecast, and smooth logistics to meet customer request date.

Position Summary:

This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in supply chain management tools to support seamless end-to-end supply chain performance.

A key focus will be on the development and ongoing improvement of planning (best) practices and strategies to meet corporate inventory and business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Effective execution of this position will support the realization of Lumileds goals to drive revenue growth and profitability by keeping expenses within budget, keeping inventory at appropriate levels as well as continuing to look for optimization and savings opportunities.

 What You Will Do :

·       Generate loading plan and coordinate with production to meet customer forecast.

·       Evaluate raw materials, equipment and workforce needs to ensure availability and readiness for production.

·       Monitor production processes for potential disruptions, delays and productivity issues.

·       Manage inventory levels and material replenishment to avoid shortages.

·       Support new product introduction

·       Collaboratively planning together with relevant teams for an optimized and lean supply chain.

·       Capacity and resource planning (equipment, material, headcount) alignment  and  controlling of Planning parameters (part number, production route, BOM, yield, cycle time, utilization) with Industrial Engineers, Manufacturing and Finance.

·       Generate demand vs. supply scenarios for customer upsides, process and technology conversions, new product launches and product obsolescence planning. 

·       Continue to improve the supply chain planning value stream by proposing enhancements to processes, procedures and planning tools

·       Ability to run “what if” scenarios

·       Complete special projects as assigned.

·       Conduct data-driven performance analysis, prepare regular reports on supply chain KPIs (delivery, inventory and SIOP).

·       Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.

Education (Minimum Level)

·       Bachelor's

Field of Study

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineer with Supply Chain focus.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

·       0 - 3 years

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Green Belt certification

·       Master’s Degree

·       Minimum 1 years working experience in a manufacturing environment, Supply Chain Planning, material planning, factory planning, subcontractor planning or procurement is added advantage.

·       Experience in SAP: Working knowledge of forecasting methodologies Oracle, SAP, or other planning/ERP systems is an advantage.
